Naturenestt Agro Tourism & Resort provides services related to agro-tourism and resort activities. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Booking
• Bookings for all services provided by Naturenestt Agro Tourism & Resort (including picnic, stay facilities, hurda parties, wedding events, etc.) are subject to availability.
• You can make reservations via our website or by contacting our customer service team. Confirmations of bookings will be sent to your provided contact no, office booking or email address.
• A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• Full payment for services must be made before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in a cancellation fee or no refund.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Code of Conduct
• Guest Behavior: We ask all guests to respect the natural environment and other guests. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
• Personal Belongings: Naturenestt Agro Tourism & Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit or stay.
5. Liability
• Naturenestt Agro Tourism & Resort is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during your visit or participation in any activities offered on our property.
• You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others in your group.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
